DWR believes that any bear in the area will leave in the next couple weeks, if their “easy” food sources are removed. Please report bear sightings at 801.538.4700, only in the following circumstances:
If a bear is found or seen on your deck.
If a bear does NOT move off after seeing people.
If a bear advances towards people.
If the issue doesn’t resolve itself in the next couple weeks, the situation will be reevaluated.
Now that the roads have been grated, it is possible some of the culverts at the bottom of your drives have been inadvertently filled. If so, please clear them. If you need help, please let the board know and we will come help. Thank you!
Our annual meeting will be held, Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 7:00 pm . We are meeting at the Sheldon Richins Building (Summit County Library) located at 1885 W Ute Blvd. Park City, Utah.

Does anyone know this person? He was caught on camera coming out from under a cabin deck in the upper Escalante area. He was using trekking poles. It’s time to vote! The seats currently held by Drue Bunting and Jess Hofberger are open for election. If you are interested in running for one of the two HOA board positions, please send an email by May 1, 2023, to beaverspringsranchassoc@gmail.com with a short bio, your goals for BSR, and anything else you’d like to share. With your permission, we’ll post this on our social media page. In addition, you will be given an opportunity to talk to the community at the annual meeting and answer any questions from the crowd.
Please be aware that the roads are going to be professional groomed again tonight, March 27, 2023. Please give them space while we try to make all of our roads safe to travel in the deep snow and to help cut down on erosion when the snow begins to thaw.
Invoices for Beaver Springs Ranch were emailed January 30, 2023. If you did not see it, please check your spam folders. If you didn’t get an invoice, please send us a current email address so we can correct it in our records and get an invoice sent to you. If you requested a hard copy, those invoices were mailed February 2, 2023. Please let us know if you have not received your invoice in either format.
