Road Grading and Repairs – Monday, June 9, 2025
Road grading and repairs will begin Monday, June 9, 2025 on Beaver Springs Ranch roads. Please be patient and courteous as we take measures to improve and fix our roads.

Community Clean-Up June 21st
Please put June 21, 2025 on your calendars for our Community Clean-up. We are meeting at the corrals at 9:00 am. Then we will split into teams to spray the culvert posts throughout the community.
Remember….many hands make light work!
Gate Problems
Please be aware that there is a problem with the gate. It will not be repaired until next week and will need to be propped open until then.
Road Grooming
The roads will be groomed on Monday, March 24, 2025. Please be aware, polite, and cautious. This will help our roads during the thaw.

Beaver Springs Ranch HOA dues billing will be emailed on or around June 1, 2025. Dues will remain the same at $300 per property.

FIRE RESTRICTION ORDER
Due to current and forecasted weather conditions coupled with the extremely dry conditions in northeastern Utah, the State Forester, in consultation with the Summit County Commission, has determined that measures must be taken to prevent the ignition of forest and rangeland fires. Fire danger is extreme; therefore, pursuant to Utah State Law, Section 65A-8-212, the following acts are prohibited in the areas described below until rescinded by the Utah State Forester:
This includes discharging or using any kind of fireworks, tracer ammunition or other pyrotechnic devices
including exploding targets.
PLEASE keep our mountain safe!

Annual Beaver Springs Community Clean-up
We have scheduled the annual community clean-up, Saturday, June 22nd. We will be meeting at 9:00 am by the corrals. Please bring chainsaws, shovels, etc. All are welcome!
