We are aware of intermittent issues with the gate functionality and have been working with our contractor to get it fixed. If you find the gate open, please do not push it closed! Doing so may cause damage.

Our gate contractor is continuing work on the gate. They are replacing some parts which will hopefully arrive next week. They have never had an issue like this before and are unsure what has caused it. We want to emphasize the importance of NOT messing with the gate when it is working, or trying to force it open. We reserve the right to fine or prosecute anyone found to be disturbing the normal operations of the gate.

If you have a key card or fob, remember to hold it next to the keypad on the gate. Once it beeps and turns green the gate will begin to open within a few seconds.
