While many roads have dried out, several areas remain muddy and soft with lingering patches of snow and ice.
Heavy vehicles – including construction and propane tanks – are strictly prohibited at this time. Excessive travel can cause significant damage and lead to costly repairs over the coming months.
Please remain mindful of these conditions and help us preserve our roads.

This year we will hold elections for three HOA Board positions currently held by Kohnie Jensen, Alicia O’Meara, and Dave Williams. Voting will take place electronically following the meeting.
